  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Health, Safety & Environment.
  • Auditor qualification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (or equivalent) standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in HSE management systems and compliance auditing.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives within manufacturing operations.
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial processes.
  • Fluent in the Polish language and able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
