German-Speaking Billing Service Agent I Bulgaria I Relocation Support Available

This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria and provides a relocation package. The role is initially on-site in Sofia , with the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after 4 months for top performers.

Join an international team as a German-Speaking Billing Service Agent , supporting customers with billing-related inquiries and delivering a great customer experience.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work Model: On-site (for top performers hybrid work model after 4 months)Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday - Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,636 gross/month
• Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 gross
• Unlimited Sales Bonus: Top performers can earn more than €1,000/month
• €1,000 Signing Bonus (€500 after training - €500 after 6 months)
• Relocation Support: 2 weeks of Airbnb accommodation, Up to €255 reimbursement for flight ticket expenses , paid with the first salary

What You'll Do

• Assist German-speaking customers with billing-related inquiries.
• Provide clear and professional customer support.
• Help customers understand billing information and resolve related issues.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Work closely with the team to ensure an efficient customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong proficiency in German C1/C2 .
• B1/B2 level in English
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a structured and professional environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia.
