Channel Operation Specialist
Bratislava, Slovakia
Main Responsibilities:
Developing customer relationships with customers and partners.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales activities within the Slovak market.
Coordinate communication between customers, internal departments, and technical teams to ensure efficient project and business support.
Support preparation of commercial offers, quotations, presentations, reports, and customer meeting materials.
Participate in customer visits, workshops, and business negotiations together with senior account managers.
Monitor customer requirements, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Support achievement of sales targets and business objectives of the department.
Maintain accurate business records and support reporting activities in internal systems.
Cooperate with cross-functional teams including delivery, service, finance, legal, and supply chain departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field.
More than 2 years of experience in sales, account management, telecommunications, ICT, or related business area.
Basic understanding of ICT / telecommunications market is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent English and Slovak language skills are required.
