The opportunity  

Are you interested in working in administration? For our TAX & LAW department, we are looking for a reliable and well-organized colleague to strengthen the admin team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks within the tax department.

If your approach to work is responsible and detail-oriented and you are determined to work in administration, we have the ideal job for you.

Your key responsibilities  

• Work with internal systems and databases

• Issue client invoices

• Ensure processing of incoming and outgoing mail

• Provide administrative support to managers and partners of the tax department

• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks within the tax department

• Coordinate activities with other company service lines

• Provide support in organizing internal teambuilding activities

• Communicate with other EY offices around the world

Skills and attributes for success  

• Minimum of a high (secondary) school degree with school-leaving examination

• Prior working experience in a similar position is an advantage

• Responsible and independent, with a team player mindset

• Precise approach and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Active knowledge of English (spoken and written) at a minimum B2 level

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
