Document Management:

Developing and implementing Record Management Policies and Procedures, including retention and disposal of records and supporting the document management system to operate effectively.
Promote and educate on good document management practices, i.e.
Document creation, approval, publishing, review, archive, disposal, storage, and recall.

Metrology:

Ensure and oversee the metrological management system.
Maintaining the System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and legal requirements and internal procedures.
Oversee a process of internal inspection of meteorological devices.

Auditing:

Lead and implement internal auditing practices and provide reporting against Standards and Statutory obligation compliance, Internal procedures, and practices.
Oversee the audit process for both internal and external entities, including the design and performance of internal audits, scheduling and coordinating audits, and providing resolutions for deficiencies.
Promote a continuous improvement agenda across Implement and monitor continuous improvement functionality and prepare reports for the Quality Management Meeting.
Ensuring preparation and compliance for first-party, second-party, and third-party audits.

Statistics:

Evaluate data, maintain and coordinate all activity to ensure.
Cooperate in determining KPIs for processes within the organization, monitoring trends, and promoting continuous improvement for areas that are not in line with targets.

Processes:

Cooperate in creating and monitoring processes within the organization.

Others:

Comply with 5 S standards.
Cooperate on quality management improvement, BOZP, and environment.
Tasks specified by the Quality Manager.
Work in IFS.

Kvalifikácie

English language advanced written and spoken
MS Office knowledge – Excel, PP, Word, Ootlook
At least 3 years of experience on quality department
Experience with customer, system, process and production audits
Experience and knowledge of 8 D reports
Quality tools knowledge
Technical knowledge
Knowledge and experiance in the quality , eniroment and safety area (ISO 9001)
Knowledge of metrology, MSA
Basic knowledge of statistic
