KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Global coordination of AD resources for regional AD project deliveries in a matrix environment.
Responsible for on time delivery of all the projects related to automation and digitalization including power, electrical, automation and digitalization.
Work with AD regional team leads, regional managers, product managers in AD, capital and service business units and FB’s project execution team to support the sales and execution of projects.
Responsible for planning of resources to execute the project, forecasting, over/under absorption.
Work with other AD functionalities to provide sales support when needed.
Work with 3rd parties (inside Andritz or outside Andritz) to ensure the AD projects are executed as promised in all the regions.
Collaborate with the regional managers/directors to develop the skills and competencies of the employees for the AD implementation.
Reinforce the behaviors of #1ANDRITZWay in being a role model to the team and to the whole organization.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)

Experiences in project execution and project management.
Experiences in implementation of automation projects in process industries.
Resource management and people management.
Global coordination in a matrix environment.
Experience in forecasting workload and knowledge of resource planning.
Finance and controlling knowledge.
Language skills English (must have)

School education

Bachelor/Master degree in Automation/IT/Engineering/Business Administration/Economics (or similar) with strong experience background
MBA or Master in Engineering/Business Administration/Economics or similar
Professional trainings on sales management and complex sales strategies

Experience

10 years of project planning, project management or project execution.

10 years of work experience related to process industries, Feed and Biofuel is preferred.

5 years of direct experience in Automation and Digitalization related activities.
