Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the testing process for company-manufactured products.
Collaborate with R&D centres to define testing specifications.
Set up and tune various testers ICT (In-Circuit Test), OBP (On-Board Programming), Screening (Thermo, Vibration, Electrical Testers), EOL (End of Line - Camera Systems),
Monitor and improve product testing processes to enhance KPIs.
Develop and enhance testing machines and processes.
Report product issues and bugs for improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will also:

Monitor how well the machines are working and fix any problems.
Communicate daily with production and management to keep everyone informed.
Help test new products and develop new testing methods.
Improve the testing systems and make sure everything is done according to plan.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operation and new product development.
Oversee new equipment and make sure it works properly.
Maintain the testing systems and train others on how to fix them.

Qualifications

Qualification:

Technical education in electrical engineering.
Experience with electronics, electrical connections, and measuring instruments.
Proficiency in Excel, and basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Understanding of electrical diagrams and components.
Knowledge of test hardware and software, Labview or Teststand.
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and problem-solving tools.
Experience with SAP, ISO TS, ISO 14001, OHSAS is an advantage (not condition)
English language – A2
Slovak language - fluent
