What we're looking for

2+ years of experience animating UI and 2D elements in a game development setting
Strong grasp of animation principles: timing, easing, flow, and visual feedback
Solid understanding of UI animation and implementation in Unity
Artistic eye for motion, design, layout, and composition
Familiarity with After Effects, Animate, Spine, or similar for rapid prototyping
Understanding of mobile performance constraints and optimization
Experience with Unity timelines, shaders, or light scripting is a plus
Generative AI skills are a strong plus—especially in prototyping or expanding animation concepts
Professional-level English and excellent interpersonal skills

We’re looking for a skilled and imaginative Senior Animator to bring our titles to life—adding motion, clarity, and expression to the player experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, game artists, and developers to transform static mockups into engaging, polished in-game animations that enhance usability and elevate visual appeal.

You’ll be responsible for animating UI elements, 2D characters, and environments, and for ensuring smooth implementation in Unity. This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and tech—where performance, aesthetics, and gameplay meet.

Technical art experience is a strong plus and will directly support your ability to optimize, prototype, and implement animations across the product. You’ll also begin exploring generative AI tools for motion concepting and creative acceleration.

Experience with tech art or generative AI tools is a strong plus, offering extended scope to prototype, optimize, and expand the creative toolkit.

Work mode: hybrid - 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Centre in Krakow.
